Program Overview
The focus of the executive exchange will be to allow the participants from the SARI/E countries to attend the European Wind Energy Association Annual Event to engage with senior energy participants from across industry sectors worldwide. It is considered a major meeting for the European wind energy market bringing together key leaders, investors, financiers, policy makers, and scientists.
Program Objectives
The objectives are:
- To gain knowledge on several topics including forecasting, resource assessment, structural designs, loads, control, safety, and grid connection and integration
- To promote regional cooperation and information exchange on wind energy
- To gain knowledge of the strategies implemented by Europe
- To establish contacts in the global wind energy industry
- To gain a better understanding of global wind energy trends
